This class is for adults ages 16-99

This class is for those who are comfortable to center clay and pull cylinder on the wheel. Ask your beginning throwing instructor if you are ready for this class.

Next Step Throwing Nov- Dec

This class is designed for those that would like to expand their existing knowledge of basic throwing. Curriculum is tailored to the needs of the class. Opportunities provided for: • Knowledge of basic pottery terms • Preparing clay for throwing • Centering and opening clay • Pull walls and create basic cylinder • Proper techniques and skills for trimming • Basics of glazing completed projects • Expand knowledge of throwing in a flexible environment
Requirements: • Students needs to be able to center and open clay
