This class is for adults ages 16 and up.

This class is for those who are comfortable to center clay and pull a cylinder on the wheel. You should ask your beginning throwing instructor if you are ready for this class.

Next Step Throwing Mar- Apr

This class is designed for those that would like to expand their existing knowledge of basic throwing. Curriculum is tailored to the needs of the class. Opportunities provided for: • Knowledge of basic pottery terms • Preparing clay for throwing • Centering and opening clay • Pull walls and create basic cylinder • Proper techniques and skills for trimming • Basics of glazing completed projects • Expand knowledge of throwing in a flexible environment
Requirements: • Students needs to be able to center and open clay
