NOTE: To enhance servicing and provide our customers the ability to make online payments with a debit or credit card, the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department has partnered with Card Connect, a third party service provider, to bring you the new payment service. A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.85% will be applied and appear on your credit card bank statement for each online transaction. The convenience fee is used by Card Connect to develop, maintain, enhance and expand the electronic payment service they are offering. If you do not wish to use this service, you may pay the City of Columbia directly by other traditional methods such as check or money order.
